small, very high level reference checking consultancy. Our
business comes to us primarily by word of mouth and from
people who have participated in our services first hand. Our
founder is an internationally recognized executive recruiter
who personally has conducted over 150 CEO searches and who
previously was a senior human resources executive.
We work on
behalf of many different kinds of clients: hiring
organizations and their representatives, Board members,
venture capital and private equity firms, executive
recruiters, organization development consultants, and anyone
else who requires professional reference checking.
We conduct telephone (and occasionally face-to-face) reference
interviews with individuals whose names have been provided to
us or which we uncover on our own. All work is done by
former executives or executive recruiters who have been
trained to conduct detailed and sophisticated reference
have done high-level reference checking, both on a
consultative basis and as part of executive searches, for
hundreds of companies and other organizations, ranging from
the Fortune 100 to early stage, private and
family-owned and public.
