Our process is quite easy.

1. We speak by telephone or in person with our client, to determine the reference checking needs and any particular subject matter to be emphasized or examined. At this point we can provide a cost estimate.

2. Generally, we speak with (and sometimes meet) the candidate, so as to inform him or her of our activity and get approval for contacting references.
                                                                                            3. We conduct the reference checks and provide a written report to our client, with a preliminary oral report if needed.
                                                                                          4. If necessary, after the client has reviewed the completed checks, we go back to references for clarification or additional information.
